From above response, I could understand following things:
-> Post Goods Issue has been posted via delivery but material document is not created
-> Material document is neither created nor visible in the PO
-> But you are unable to reverse the delivery now. Maybe, this would be due to goods movement status in the delivery.
If goods movement status is set to C in the delivery without material document being created, then please execute this report RVDELSTA which would redetermine the delivery status based on the document flow.
Initially, execute this report in Test mode and if you find inconsistencies, then you can execute in update mode.
There is no harm in executing this report since it only redetermines the delivery status!!
