I have this requirement to setup a new checklist with the following details.
| Step ID | Next Step ID | Description |
| ZRIT-010 | ZRIT-020 | Is Request FTR? |
| ZRIT-020 | ZRIT-030 (NO) | Send Non-FTR Request E-mail |
| ZRIT-040 (YES) | Create Case for Sending Advisor | |
| ZRIT-030 | ZRIT-040 | Create Case for Sending Advisor |
| ZRIT-040 | ZRIT-050 | Create Case for <*> Advisor (if Reassignment of US Based EE) |
| ZRIT-050 | ZRIT-060 | Create Case for Expat Out Position Request (if Expatriation) |
Options for step ZRIT-020 are ZRIT-030 and ZRIT-040 (next step of ZRIT-030). This causes duplicate steps to be loaded in the checklist due to the difference in paths these two options are taking. Please advise how can I be able to set it up properly.
If I just defined ZRIT-030 as the next step for step ZRIT-020, is it possible just to disable step ZRIT-030 if YES is selected by the user and have step ZRIT-040 forward still available for completion?
