We are currently in process of implementing fund mgmt ( Budgetary control system ) with budget category as commitment in which we are facing following issues when testing the scenarios.
1. There are existing PR and PO in system and we want to push fund center and commitment item in them. How would i achieve them?? What are transaction codes to achieve it?? If there is budget allocated to fund centers and commitment item, what would be the effect on it once we are done with process ???
2. Scenario :- We have created PO in FY 2014 with budget on commitment item and fund center combination as Rs. 100000. We have closed FY 2014 and commitment on PO carry forwarded to next FY 2015.Now if i want to delete the PO items, what would effect it have on budget carry forwarded as commitment on PO to FY 2015??
When i checked budget VS Actual/Commitment item report, before deleting items from PO, Rs 100000 appears in open item in 2015 and after deleting PO line items, it disappears from open item but still budget shows as Rs 100000 available for 2015.
We are expecting the response as budget available in 2015 as NIL not Rs. 100000 as the commitment was on PO and we have deleted line items in PO.
How do we achieve it ?? We have configured function module in closing operation for BCS.
3. When creating Service PO of basic amt Rs. 100000 with Deductible Service tax code of 14% ( Total landed cost is Rs. 114000 ), we see in commitment document of amt Rs. 100000 ( not Rs. 114000 as total landed cost ).With the same report described earlier we see Rs. 100000 as open item and when we do MIRO for the same , the invoice amount appears in same report as Rs 114000 ( Including Service tax not as commitment made on Po of Rs. 100000 though service tax is of deductible nature )...Not able to understand this system behavior..Kindly Help..
