Thanks for this information.

Yes- Am aware of these parameters

1. messaging.synMessageRemover.message
2. messaging.synMessageRemover.checkInterval
3. messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody

We have maintained the standard default value for these above parameters.

I wanted to know why the Sync messages are not seen in the message monitoring even after maintaining the standard value.

When we are sending any sync message it is directly going to the database.
