Re: Ticket view: How to save and publish new queries

Abilon,

1.  Edit the master layout

2.  All ticket from filters ( 1 in screenshot below )

3. Click on Show all filters ( 2 in screenshot below )

4. Input the value for fields

5. Select any field for adding the query ( 3 ) in screenshot below

Now add the query name here in below screen and name it as per your requirement:
