its not a trick but , The way we understand the PCR even I got the same issue in current project
1. Firstly we should check PCR Grouping of the wage types in the input table 9000 and 9400

Here , When you are Querying amount of WT9400 , System will read only amount from wage type 9400 and passes to output table OT, in such cases AMT+ 9000 or AMT= 9000 will not work
Instead , give ZERO= RNA

Else , you can store the amount of 9000 in a variable table pass it to 9400 accordingly.
