Thanks, Don and sorry for the late response. Yes, it is set to AnyCPU and only the crystal report portion does not work. I have realized one thing, I have VB.net 2012 on a client's machine and with that, it displays the crystal report correctly and the color of the crystal report file changes to brown, as that is not the case on other machines having the 32.MSI or 64MSI bit only. So I was thinking that aside MSI files, there should be some additional crystal report setup file for deployment. Is that the case, please?
Because on the clients' machines, I only install 32bit.MSI or 64bit.MSI depending on the machine bit type. Once the color of the crystal report file on the clients' machine does not change to brown, I suspect something is wrong somewhere, or there should be some additional files to be isntalled as well.
