Browser level app HAT/WEBIDE

Hi,

I have developed an app using Mobile Service Cockpit, type as "WEB",Now I want to use BarCode Scanner plugin on browser level.

Is it posible to create a webide project only for browser level using HAT and where we will find out the URL.
