Cross selling access sequence on Customer and sales order net value

Hello Expert's,

we have a requirement for giving free goods on the basis of Customer sales order net value.

for full fill this requirement we want to implement by cross selling.

i have add sales order net value in structure KOMKD and move VBAK-NETWR in KOMKD-NETWR in user exit MV45AFZA

MOVE vbak-netwr TO komkd-netwr

After creating Condtion record by VB41 Cross selling pop up is not Coming..

Please help to achieve this or suggest any other method to acheive.
