Thanks for your prompt reply. Actually I have created an HTML Mashup that will update the output parameter KnowledgeBaseArticleURI Description on clicking the button(refer image 1 and image 2). I have displayed this Mashup in tickets as a new facet(refer Image 3 ). Now I want to know when I click on button where is the value going or getting stored?  Because I cannot find parameter KnowledgeBaseArticleUR anywhere.
