This note didn't help us at all since we use assignment type "8" instead of "1".

What we have done is; we saw that, on the class /SYCLO/CL_PM_WORKORDER_DO it should work fine because there is a correct method on the class for related assignment type which is TRANSFER_DO.

But we are using SAP WM 6.2.1 with customer service component so the class that works for us is /SYCLO/CL_CS_SERVICEORDER_DO . And in this class the method is TRANSFER_WO_VIA_PERS_RESP.

So we have enhanced this class and add TRANSFER_DO method.

Now it works fine.
