1. My responsible is to create report on both BW System. BW Systems are connected to ERP Systems. So that means i muss have Access to 5 Systems, is it rights? ( i mean 2 SAP BW systems and 3 ERP systems) or i need Access to 2 BW systems only?
- You need access of all 5 systems to activate the data-sources and fill the setup tables/Init.
2. Do i need admin Role in 5 systems (BW and ERP) to activate Data sources and creating Info objects, Cube etc...?

3. How BW system is connect to ERP System?. i was thinking the logic like this:
BW Development system can only connect to ERP Development
BW Production system can only connect to ERP Production System
and why we need ERP Test System ??
- BW System can be connected to ECC Dev and ECC Quality Systems both.
- BW Production can be connected to ECC Production.
- Usually Development is for Unit Testing purpose where we/developer do our testing
- Test/Quality system UAT is performed by end users this systems may have more scenarios to test it.
4. How to find system-ID?
- Your Basis team can give you these system details.
