Hi,

In R3 there are different clients for your development system.

Say for example 100 is your customizing and development client where you are allowed to activate the data sources.

And than 110 is Unit Testing client where you can not activate the data-sources. But you can perform the testing of data in RSA3 for particular data.

so first activate the data source in customizing client and then using SCC1 you can move transport from one client to another.
