In the web service for Employee replication, there is a section Business Role (a subsection of Identity), see screenshot below.
In the standard integration content, this is not mapped. I am no ECC expert, but is there an infotype where such authorization information would be maintained? I would assume that you need a custom development in ECC where you provide the list of Business Role IDs in C4C on the Employee record, extend the IDOC in ECC to include that information, and adjust the mapping in PI/HCI accordingly.
