SAP B1 9.1 PL09 Toolbar Missing

Hello All,

We are using SAP B1 9.1 PL09 and our users report that sometimes toolbar on B1 Client can disappear. It seems to be mostly happening when user login back after auto screen lock(as defined in General Settings - Services - Screen Locking Time (Min. )). So far, the only known way to make it appears again is reopening B1 Client.

Do anyone else experiencing this? Maybe someone know the root cause?
