Thanks for your reply. I appreciate that. So you are suggesting to build a form in ABAP screen inside workflow. But how will i manage line items in this form? Because user wants to approve/reject MIGO items wise so for this i have to put Approve/Reject button in front of every line item. Right? But how will i do that? It could be any number of line items so how i suppose to manage it?
Regarding enhancement in MIGO, what would you suggest to to trigger workflow. I mean shall i trigger work flow on "Save" Button or on "Hold, check, post" button? I think when we save it , it also get posted. Right?
Florin, let s assume that work flow get triggered on Save button and a customized screen pass to user for approval and rejection. User see the line items and approve or reject some items. After this step, what i need to done at back end? I mean could it be possible that a user can approve or reject on line items? Will i need a BAPI which i will require to post "Approved" line items? What about reject line items? DO i need to delete them as well?
