Add Mapping to Cloud Connector for On-Premise Connection: What to Enter as Internal Host and Port

Hi,

I am trying to add an on-premise ABAP system to HCP. For that I installed Cloud Connector to my local computer. Now I am trying to add a mapping in Cloud Connector. But I choose HTTP protocol But I don't know what to enter for internal host or internal port:

Where can I figure out these parameters in my on-premise ABAP system? I have an IP address for connection which I configure SAP Logon to enter SAP GUI. But I don't suppose I should enter that as Internal Host value??
