I solved my own problem.
In Workbook_open Sub, where i enable Analysis Add-in, I call Workbook_SAP_Initialize when add in is connected. This does not work in SP01.
So i call Workbook_SAP_Initialize, without checking, and it works.
In screenshot : the call with red underlined -> Old place
the call with yellow highlight -> New place
