Multi Response in 1 Activity

Hi experts,

Following setup:
I created a campaign,

I add response options,

I executed the campaign,

A customer is answering on the campaign by phone,

I create a phone-activity, add the campaign and

now I want to select multiple response-options (i.e. "joining event" + "wants futhert information").

Is there a way to add multiple responses to one activity?
