If you are installing the setup of CR on the machine for the first time below are the points you must check :
- Download the correct software from Service Market Place >> Download Software >> Installation and Upgrade.
- Make the changes on the windows machine using KBA 1952120 Best practice or use the link : SAP BusinessObjects XI 3.1/BI 4.x installation prerequisites and best practices [Windows]
- Extract the setup and use Run as Administrator to run the Setup.
