I have a product X (FERT) with 3 BOM alternatives and 1 line item in each alternative.
BOM alt 1-component A (HALB)
BOM alt 2-component B(HALB)
BOM alt 3-component C(HALB)
My strategy group is 50(planning w/o final assembly)
Strategy group 50 allows to plan upto HALB level.My scenario requires to plan and keep all components A,B and C in stock via SPK-40 and to start actual production when customer demand comes for particular type(a,b or c).But MRP takes only 1 alternative and plans for HALB.But I want to plan and keep all HALB in stock.Is there a solution to adress this situation??Please help.
