The Form 16 format in SAP system is an exact copy of the official format released by Income Tax India website. In the latest format released by the Income Tax Authority, Line Item No. 16, i.e., "Tax Payable (14-15)" is the last item listed and thus, in the SAP system the same is seen when you run Form 16.
