There is the standard prospect to customer creation process. Please check the integration guide and admin guide for this. This process gets triggered when a user unchecks the prospect flag and saves the account- it triggers a message to ECC which creates the account in ECC. Then ECC sends back the account information in the standard replication of customer from ECC to C4C.
