Hi All,
I need to add additional columns (for customized information) in the Shopping cart -> Related documents tab -> History Table after the PR and PO creation.
I have attached a screenshot of how the output must look like for convenience 
. Buyer information field in the screenshot is a custom row.
Not sure how to achieve this. If any one has come across similar requirement or if any one has any ideas on achieving the same, kindly help me with the situation. Any information to help proceed further is much appreciated.
