Last November there was an issue between the Crystal Reports Viewer and an MS update for a new font that prevented the PDF from viewing by uninstalling the update although not ideal it was a quick fix. We run 100's of reports every day on our Server and now we have to click the viewer icon to enable the viewer to be visible. All I'm asking if there is anyone else has this problem since Tuesdays updates and if they have found a work around? I hope this helps to explain our problem. No other software on our server has changed it's behaviour except the Crystal Reports Viewer. Thanks for your prompt reply.
