Am I the only SAP client experiencing this? I posted this question on May 5th and I didn't hear anyone else say they also have this issue with COBRA divorcees or adult children missing name fields in the XML.
All:
For those of you who administer COBRA in SAP, I have an open incident with SAP for the following:
In the XML Submission for COBRA participants who are enrolled in COBRA because they either aged out of the plan as dependents or are a divorced spouse, these individuals do not have anything in the following fields. The fields aren't even there (which I think is normal for a blank field in the xml, to omit the tag):
<OtherCompletePersonName>
<PersonFirstNm>
<PersonLastNm>
<OtherCompletePersonName>
These individuals are different from other COBRA enrollees because they receive their own 1095, separate from the actual employee. The other COBRA enrollees and dependents look correct in the XML.
Are you experiencing this issue also?
