RUN_LOGIC:No value assigned to dimension "TIME"

Hi All,

We are using SAP EPM NW 10.We recently upgraded our BW environment to BW 730 SP13. Since upgrade one of our script logic is throwing an error - RUN_LOGIC:NO value assigned to dimension "TIME"

I have attached my Script logic code. Has anyone faced a similar issue in past. Request your inputs.
