How should anybody be able to explain you what we can't even see. We do not know your extraction logic either and we are MM not BI, if you get more in BI than you see in MM then it is obviously a BI extraction logic that does not match with ME2L logic.
It should not really be difficult to identify those 6 records among the others and then you should or even better your local MM consultant should be able to explain you what makes them different to the others.
