I got the first screen going on ASE 16.
Second one on port 8182 needs SSL inteface which I have not licensed/installed.
The only thing I noticed was I had to specify IP address.
URL by host name -- though on the intranet -- did not work. I can ping the host by name and IP.
But for the port 8181 service I had to invoke it by IP address as you did I suppose looking at the screen shots.
