Custom fields for Regulation Requirement (OB)

Hello Friends,

We have a requirement to creating custom fields in Regulation Requirement objects in GRC Process Control and same fields we wanted to show in New tab.

Please guide me how to add custom fields and show into separate tab like Custom data.
