Solman 7.1 - Config documents

Hi ,

I am a BASIS person and want to set up the below configuration in solman 7.1..Please guide me with relevant documents.

1) NW Maintenance license auto renewal

2)Dashboard for grouping up the systems for monitoring purpose

3)Standard alerts modifications of managed system.
