There is not direct connection of activity to transaction code. Transaction codes call programs, tables, etc. The underlying code determines what the additional authority checks beyond S_TCODE (or value in TSTCA) are going to be
You will not get a report that gives you Transaction X, Object A, ACTVT 01, etc
In business goals, what are you trying to achieve with this report. Step back from asking about tables and tell us what you are trying to build, why you are trying to build it and what analysis/decisions to you expect the report to provide.
