Could you please check the status of the old excise invoice in J_1IEXCHDR table. I think its not cancelled correctly.
Also check whether the duty values are correctly showing in the new excise invoice and its referencing the new pro-forma. Also refer the note: 1638974 - Duty values incorrectly calculated for proforma invoice
