As per the article, the Real Time Extension Package helps my case using the Timer Component for Pull based solutions. We're on Design Studio 1.6 and I don't see the Real Time Extension Package on the Support Portal. I was informed by the SAP Account Team that it has been embedded within the latest version. I don't see the components in the tool though.
